Big Bluefin Tuna and Yellowfin Tuna Offshore!

The Apollo is returning to the dock tonight from their two day trip with 59 Yellowfin Tuna and 15 Bluefin Tuna for 21 anglers!
The San Diego finished their three quarter day trip offshore on Thursday with 31 Yellowfin Tuna!
2:15pm - The Pride just reported in with 7 Bluefin Tuna (100-125lbs) and 7 Yellowfin Tuna (75-100lbs). Captain Steve is recommending at least 40# line and fluorocarbon to land these fish!
2:00pm - Captain Dave aboard the Tribute called in with 8 Bluefin Tuna from 70-95lbs. He is reporting in great weather and there is still plenty of time left to fish, so stay tuned for more updates!
If you are planning on taking a tuna fishing trip, please come prepared with a 25# outfit and some fluorocarbon with some size #2 and #1 hooks. Also be prepared with a heavy outfit, 40# to 60# and some 2/0 - 4/0 sized circle hooks for the larger grade of fish that are being caught. Dont forget your flat fall jigs, small poppers and 4oz torpedo sinkers also!
