Lake Amador Staff
With the Lake Amador annual moonlighter coming up I thought I might be able to point some of you in the right direction . Last Saturday night myself and Josh Parris fished a small club tournament taking second place. We stared in rock creek throwing black and blue jigs moving toward main lake points booooom I got my first bite on the point . As we started to bounce points targeting 18 ft of water we quickly picked up a limit as it started to get dark the fish started moving shallow and as the night went on the fish got real shallow. Around midnight the bite got tough real tough so I picked up the drop shot with a Aarons Magic worm and caught a few on bluff walls around 4am josh switched over to a small black river2sea whopper plopper and picked up our two best fish .All In all we had a great time and got a check For more info on the moonlighter you can call Lake Amador Resort come out and support Lake Amador !!!!
