Channel Islands Sportfishing
The weekend pressure proved to be too much for the Yellowtail today with the bite dropping off for Sundays anglers. Most likely it will rebound on the week days like it usually does. We have trips going out all week targeting Yellows and other surface species. Plenty of availability, but be sure to reserve online or by calling our office.
Today’s Fish Count: 10 boats and 284 anglers.
670 Assorted Rockfish, 77 Sheephead, 252 Whitefish, 64 Lingcod, 3 Sculpin, 43 Perch, 1 Cabezon, 17 Barracuda, 44 Bonito, 72 Calico Bass, 1 Thresher Shark, 1 Halibut and 49 Yellowtail.
