The Icon had a wet and windy week fishing for those jackpot halibut this week, she only managed to get out 3 of the 5 days. The weekly jackpot of $92 and a large assortment of gear from 544 Lures, Maxima fishing line, Kencor Rods, Berth 55 Seafood Deli, and Long Beach Sportfishing went to Ricky Leatham for his 11.15 lb. halibut that he caught during a break in the storm on Saturday! He now leads the Top 25 list for biggest halibut and is thus a contender for the Annual Free Pass and the Fish Off for the Pot of Gold Jackpot. The Tournament jackpot has topped $500 this last week with a strong week ahead of us we expect some great competition and big jackpots. The Icon will be departing at 9am Wednesday ??? Sunday. The Native Sun will take a 2nd shot at her newest Schedule this weekend. Skippered by Jason Rico and supported by a strong crew and cook she will depart 6am Saturday and Sunday to go fish Catalina Island on a full day trip for $60?ĶThen on Monday and Tuesday the Native Sun will be on a local ?? day freelance Special!
