Royal Polaris Fish Report for 01-09-2008

Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone;

The beat goes on!!! We had another excellent day of fishing. We had a mixed bag of fish today. We caught Dorado, Wahoo, and Giant Yellowfin tuna. The passengers are having a great time. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 140 to 160, with a few going larger (some may-be over 200), but we will see once we arrive to Fisherman's landing. With lots of time to fish, Roy has a big decision to make. What to do next? Roy has been in the situation before, so I'm sure it won't be much of a problem.

Many of our newer passengers caught there personnel best. We have been lucky in catch Flying fish ever night for bait, and tonight was no different. Chunk fishing continues to be on the up swing, with many more fish coming in on chunks. It's something about chunk fishing, but I just can't understand it. But I guess if you put your time in, you will be paid off, sooner or later.

Weather has picked up a little bit out here, with a steady northeast wind, and 5 to 7 foot seas, with overcast skies. So with the weather report done, I guess I will close in saying "Good Luck And Good Fishing". The R/p crew.

P.S. Chava, everyone on the Royal Polaris would like to say Hi, Uncle John.

"BeNt RoDs FoR LiFe"

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
