Hey folks-

We left today on a Rice Bowl sponsored three day trip with the one and only charter master Fred Morioka. We received a beautiful load of sardines front he receivers and headed west looking for bft. Only a couple hours out of the harbour we found a very impressive area of 50-90# fish with several flat spots up at one time. They wanted nothing to do with the kite or sardines so we headed west further looking for the big ones. Just before dark we got a couple of kite bites for two 125# bft. We are going to head back into the area we saw the smaller fish and hope for a gray bite in the am. Wish us luck and biting fish.
