Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone; Well all good things must come to an end, and that’s the end of our annual Jerry Brown #2 trip. It was wonderful having all the old timers out and some new faces enjoying the great weather, good fishing, and just good times. We would like to thank Jerry Brown and line one spectra for all the great gifts, jackpots, and just be a good person. If you never fished with Jerry or even talked to him on the phone, he has lots of information about fishing and fishing line. It’s been some time since Jerry has fished with us, and we miss him, but we are hoping one day soon, he will join us on another trip. So once again, thanks Jerry and we miss you. (The whole Royal Polaris Family).

For our last day of fishing, it was very good morning, the fish started biting in the dark, and for about 3 hours, we had one going all the time. Most of the fish were in the 140 to 165 range, with the largest going around 175 pounds, caught by Karl “Thanksgiving” Wheeler.

Karl big fish was caught in the early morning hours, on a tube Mackerel. The reason we call Karl “Thanksgiving”, is because he us to go in the Thanksgiving trip every year, and this year he change to the Jerry Brown #2, and now Karl will join the rest of the regulars on this trip.

We ended our morning, with 25 Yellowfin tuna up to 175 pounds, and 10 Wahoo.

Our final fish count, 201 Yellowfin tuna up to 224 pounds, 105 Wahoo and 5 Grouper, and lots of good times. We departed the buffer zone at 12:00 hours, and will be in San Diego on the 1st of April, and we will up date you on our ETA in a couple of days. So until fingers and keyboard meet again, “Good Luck & Good Fishing”.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
