Another GREAT day for catching & releasing STRIPED MARLIN.Back on the EL BUDSTER. The Edward Dillon party from Benicia, CA catches & releases SEVEN STRIPED MARLIN.All were between 90 - 130 lbs. They were all caught on Pacific Mackerel ( At this rate we will run out of bait ) The fighting times were between 20 - 40 minutes. Way to go Ed. On the EL BUDSTER II. The Dave Melzer party from Minden, NV catches and releases three STRIPED MARLIN. ( 90 - 100 - 110 lbs.)All were caught on live Pacific Mackerel. The fighting times were all between 35 - 45 minutes. All the STRIPED MARLIN were caught 14 - 16 miles out of Cabo. The water temp. was 76 -77 degrees.
