Rio Vista Update

In and around the Rio Vista area a few stripers are being taken off Decker Island and the Light 14 area at anchor tossing cut bait, but most are shakers along with an occasional 20 to 24 inches in the mix. The bite is light and paying attention is essential to having a fair to good day fishing.
