Pine Creek Eagle Lake Lassen County. Give us another couple years & this should be "normal" flow for Pine Creek. Eagle Lake Guardians making a difference that is visible!! I haven't seen any fish yet, but the water is reaching the lake. Now flowing over the damn/weir since 1-30-2016.
