Today fishing was great, especially if you like bottom fishing for Lingcod and nice Reds. For Saturday we enjoyed nice weather and fishing that quickly filled the sacks. In fact, it was so fast and furious some boats were limited on quality Rockfish by noon.  Many of our boats were privately chartered today including the Speed Twin who had a charter with the Gold Coast Lady Anglers, a local all-women’s fishing club. These girls fish hard and as they’ve done so often before, put together a great count including our only Yellowtail of the day! We would like to thank everyone that came out fishing with us this afternoon and we look forward to seeing yawl again soon.

Today’s Fish Count: 9 boats and 149 anglers

1,324 Rockfish, 151 Lingcod, 278 Ocean Whitefish, 2 Cabezon, 9 Sheephead, 1 Sole, 38 Bonito, 23 Calico Bass and 1 Yellowtail.
