San Jose's Southside Anglers tried their hands at fishing for Lingcod on the Huli Cat. Capt Tom Mattusch opted to take the group below Bean Hollow. Pigeon Point on down to Franklin Point was the area anglers targeted Lingcod landing 50! Using swim baits, jigs, whole mackerel and live rockfish, the group also landed vermillion, coppers, gophers and cabezon. Near limits of rockfish and great lingcod numbers made up for the lack of Dungeness crab. The group picked their 2016 crab combo in advance.
