Royal Polaris Crew
Hello everyone; We arrived to Alijos Rocks at 22:00 hours. The night time Yellowtail bite just didn’t happen for us. But at sunrise, it was game on.
We had a good day at Wahoo fishing, and we ended up with over 50+ skin for our efforts. We did check out Alijos bank, but it was a Shark/Marlin fest.
Most of the Wahoo were in the 30 to 40 pound range, with a few going to over 50 pounds.
We will spend the night and give this a morning, then head north for our last day of fishing around San Martin island. The weather is still a bit bumpy, with overcast skies, and 15 to 18 knots of breeze. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events.
