Hello everyone; After a very slow ending of our last trip of the summer, things are looking better as we departed on our first 10 day fall trip. With 32 happy anglers, we departed Fisherman’s landing at 10:00 hours, headed over to the bait barge and loaded our tanks with beautiful Sardines. After Jonathan gave his safety seminar, we then had a great lunch. After lunch John Kuch was introduced as the Shimano rep for this trip. Jon brought over 60 rods and reels for our passengers to try out. As far as door prizes, Jon brought rods, reels, power pro braided line, hats, tee-shirts, just a few prizes to mention, and many more to mention. We started our trip with a great surprise, as we landed our first Wahoo of the trip, 40 miles from San Diego, hopefully this is a sign of good things coming.
So until fingers and keyboard meet again, wish us luck.

We looked for kelps all day long, and we stopped on many of them, with no results keeper fish (only some 4-6...... Read More
