Capt. Jim Smith of the Happy Hooker has been plying the waters off the Mothball Fleet with decent and sometimes spectacular results. On Saturday 14 customers landed 20 bass, including two fish between 31 and 33 pounds and a handful more in the mid-20-pound class.
