Entering another weekend we are still seeing good action here at the Channel Islands. Full day boats are fishing the local islands, Anacapa and Santa Cruz Island. Overnight boats are also catching Yellows at the outer islands. Bass fishing remains solid and Bonito are virtually wide open at times. Bottom fishing for Reds, Lings and other tasty critters like Sheephead or Whitefish is always good here. This particular weekend our boats are mostly privately chartered with the exception of Sunday where we have a ¾ day and ½ day trip available to the public. 162 Yellowtail, 238 Bonito, 83 Calico Bass, 1 Barracuda, 4 Lingcod, 3 Perch, 1007 Rockfish, 15 Sculpin, 26 Sheephead and 46 Ocean Whitefish.
