Royal Polaris Sportfishing Fish Report 12-02-07

12-2-2007
Royal Polaris Crew

Our weather today was a bit breezy, but fish-able. We had 12 to 15 knots most of the day, with moderate seas, and slight overcast skies.

Fishing today was a bit different from yesterday. We had fair action on Yellowfin today. Most of the fish were in the 25 to 30 pound catogory, with the rest in the 65 to 80 pound range. We had a good percent of fish in that range (65 to 80). It's tough fishing, but on the bright side, we have 3 full days left in this area. We are hoping that things will change for the better. We are seeing the bigger fish when we stop, they just don't bite.

So until tomorrow, wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our upcoming events. The R/p crew.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

No Cow's yet, but tomorrow brings another day. We see good signs, but the big one's did not want...... Read More

Let's talk about the weather first. We had rain most of the day, with a stiff breeze out of the south. As we continued south, the weather continued to get worst. By night fall, it was like a number 3 ride at Magic Mountain. We made a few stop today for Yellowtail. We did catch a few fish in the 12 to 15 pound catogory. We should arrive to the Yellowfin area around 04:30 hours. With good reports from the...... Read More
