Good evening folks, Our move down to the Jamie Bank was a bust with rain and wind most of the day we only caught 4 wahoo for our efforts. Running back up to the tuna grounds in hopes of some action which turned to be another challenging with very little big fish today. Should have been here yesterday. Our saving grace was a 310 pounder caught tonight by Archie Irons with another 195, and a dozen smaller grade fish for the day we were hoping for more. Not that the big fish wasn't great just when there is not much sign on the down days it is long and boring.
With 4 days left in here and plenty of sardines we are hoping there is a change and things get a little more consistent. Hopefully tomorrow.

Three fish 270 to 273, one fish at 287 and four others from 206 to 220 the remainder were 150 to 195 pounders. Finding the right bunch that stays with you is tough and frustrating. We have strung together a couple...... Read More
