Royal Polaris Fishing Report

Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone; Weather continues to be good, with overcast skies, and we almost had some rain, but no luck with that. It was a bit cool most of the day, but that didn’t stop the Bluefin from biting.

The bite started at sunrise and we left the fish biting to another boat. It was a good pick, and if you put your time at the rail, you would be rewarded with you limit of quality Bluefin.

We did end up with daily limits of Bluefin, with most of the fish in the 30 to 40 pound range, some smaller, but the majority of the fish were beautiful. We did have a few going over 50 pounds.

Yellowfin and Dorado would fill out the rest of our count. So all in all, today was a good day. We are now headed home and our ETA is 05:15 hours. Our next trip will be a 7 day Blackwater trip, and Frank will be at the helm, so until fingers and key board meet again. Good luck and good fishing.
