Hey folks-
We traveled up most of the morning and got to the south end of Cedros about 1100am. Saw some small spots of yellows and lots of bait which is a very encouraging sign that the island is starting to come alive.
We decided to work our way up to the north end of Cedros and got there about 1400. We saw lots and lots of yellowtail all over the place. The volume of yellowtail here is incredible right now on this end like I’ve never seen before. A few guys needed some more fish for limits and others caught and released fish from 16-25# with a few bigger and a few smaller mixed in. We had a great day and nice weather traveling up. We will be around San Martin tomorrow to get a few rockfish before calling it a great trip. Wish us luck!
