The Rocks went dead for us this morning so we headed offshore towards a very nice body of good looking water only to find dry kelp after dry kelp. Around mid-afternoon we came across a very nice looking sonar school of Big Tuna, but they ran from the boat as fast as we could try and keep up with them. The evening had jig strikes on small school sized Yellowfin, all of which were released to grow for the future. We will be around the island tomorrow, then offshore for Bluefin the rest of the trip. Wish us Luck

We are back out for the start to our summer season with our friends from Jim's Custom Rods and Charkbait. We picked up a decent load of bait, at least what bait we were able to get, and cleared the point around 12:00pm. We are all excited to get into the swing of things and see how this summer is going to shape up. At the moment we are going to take a look offshore as we make our way...... Read More
