We have had another very good day of travel here with our friends from Catchy Tackle along with everyone else who joins this trip on an annual basis. The weather is just perfect with a slight breeze out of the northwest and a comfortable sea state, which is a welcomed condition after having to spend some extra time in the bay due to rough weather for our departure. Everyone is enjoying the sunshine and calm weather while they rig up leaders and gear for the upcoming fishing. The tables are full of Terminal Tackle gear. It is quite impressive. Our snack this afternoon was provided by Bud Ruschhaupt and a handful of helpers who put together some very tasty Bacon Wrapped, Chorizo & Queso stuffed Jalapeno's. Yummy.. One more day of travel and we'll begin fishing with an arrival time of 4am Wed. Morning. Wish us Luck.
