We made it to the Rocks around 10:30 am and found that conditions were not in our favor. With very little current and a steady wind blowing things didn't look very good or fishy you might say. It was after lunch when the current switched and we found a nice area of both Yellowfin and Yellowtail. We set up and began hooking Tuna in the 50-90 lb range along with Quality Yellows right away. Great! Wait a minute, what just happened to that kite fish, oh no another one hanging just lost. SHARKS, lots of them and very hungry came up and devoured everything we set a hook into. The fishing was good, with multiple hook-ups all evening long, but the sharks were relentless and never let a bigger Tuna through to the boat. How frustrating..We will see what we decide for tomorrows action.. Wish us luck. "The Intrepid Team"
