We had a very good day of quality Yellowtail fishing. It started in the dark around 4:30am when the first jig went down and was immediately inhaled by a fat Yellow. We caught some squid for bait, but the Yellows were so aggressive they shut it down right away. We made drifts all morning pulling on these beautiful grade yellows. Many YO-YO Iron fish, dropper loop with squid or sardine, were the hot tickets. Later in the morning we had a few surface iron fish and some fly-line fish as well. Four bonus Dorado found there way into the mix. We are now on our way up to the offshore grounds for a last half day before the trip has to come to an end. Wish us luck. "The Intrepid Team"
