Lake Poway Fishing Report

Steve November

The bluegill/sunfish bite is good around the fish float and in hidden bay. The top water bass bite is very good, over most of the Lake wherever shad are boiling and near the rock pile in front of the Log Boom. Bass has a 12" minimum for keepers. Please do not keep female bass, catch and release. The catfish bite remains consistent but the big ones are still breaking lines and remain free. Water temperature is at 71 degrees and the level of the Lake has started to rise.
