Shasta King salmon numbers are strong!

The Shasta Lake King salmon fishing is quite good this year and we're catching them daily when we target them. The fishing is so good, I added 2 downriggers to the boat this summer to fish for them more frequently. We have been catching them pretty easily which is something I havent been able to put out there for a long time. Todays group started the day interested in catching some Kings. I offered up targeting them early hoping to get limits before searching for our trout limits later in the morning. Well, the day went exactly as planned and we got our 10 King salmon by 8:30 am. We then switched out a few downriggers for our divers and proceeded to quickly get into a flurry of bites to finish our 10 fish trout limit. The trout are biting 40'-50' deep and the salmon are biting at 70'-100' deep.Everything is falling into place for another fantastic summer on Shasta Lake. We will be fishing Shasta now through the new year and into next. We have plenty of available dates and Jaynie can get your trip booked. Call or text her at (530) 510-2925 for more information or visit our website to send an online booking requst. Thank you!
