Hey everybody, our last rainbow trout stock of the season is going to be March 8th. We will be stocking lakes 2 and 4 with 500 lbs of rainbow trout each. If you haven't been able to make it out this trout season yet then you don't want to miss your last best opportunity to get some trout! The baits that are working best for trout include powerbait, nightcrawlers, and mini jigs such as rooster tails, kastmasters, or rat tails. The trout bite is still solid and for the next few days there is still some promising weather so grab your loved ones and get out here!

The bass bite has been slow but the past week or so has definitely seen an uptick in action. Jerkbaits, dropshot worms, and swimbaits are some good options right now.

The trout season may be at its end but the catfish season is just around the corner! The catfish opener will be on April 20th & 21st and we will be stocking 2,500 lbs of catfish. Definitely something you'll want to add to your calendars so you don't miss out!
