3/4" of rain dropped all around the basin last night and with Sat/Sun precip we are looking at a slight rise in the river. We were getting so close! Conditions have been tough and the numbers so far are low (WS-43 fish, COY-69 fish) but I did hear of some fish caught in the lower river yesterday with plugs. Best call right now is fishing tailouts with spin-n-glows and bait or running plugs in narrow slots. I have a feeling clarity will be an issue all winter with both reservoirs filling so rapidly they are both dumping silty water and probably will all winter.
