Sunrise Sportfishing
Howdy yall, it's Trejan on the Sunrise again. Today, we had a 5 hour fishing and crabbing trip with 13 passengers. After we left the harbor a little after 6:00, we headed west for 5 minutes to set our pots. After setting our pots, we headed north for 10 minutes until we got to our first fishing spot. On our first drift, we caught 11 fish. We then caught 7 on the second, and 9 on the third. We continued to catch between 7-15 rockfish a drift until we limited out. We then moved to a shallower fishing spot to catch some Lingcod and Cabezon. By the end of the trip, everyone had their rockfish limits, and we caught a couple Lingcod. After our time for fishing was up, we went crabbing. We ended up with 73 crab, so crabbing was great today. After crabbing, we finished up our trip by heading back into the harbor. During the trip, the wheather was great and the ocean was a almost completely flat. Overall, it was a great day for both fishing and crabbing.

When you come out with us...... Read More
