The salmon fishing was slow today and there were not many reports due to lack of boaters. There were a few fish caught on the east edge of the Soquel Hole. The Mulligan's area sounded slow. There have been some halibut caught near the Mile Buoy. The rock fishing was decent on the west side. The weather was bad by noon and it is expected to blow hard tonight into the morning.
