Captain Jeff Spafford on the Outrider out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA called in with with us today.

Calling in a wrap up report for our 2.5 Day charter we had some guy from Oregon. We managed to put together a decent trip. The first day was kinda slow, all chewed up on the bait and couldn’t get them to turn. So a couple of the guys were firing cold snipers and picking a few up, we hooked some up in the dark. Day 1 was in the books.

The next day conditions were a little different. We got on a good school there in the morning and boated 9-10 of the,. We scratch away the rest of the day. Overall 18 Bluefin up to 80 pounds, good grade and couple of Yellowtail and a Dorado.
