The Pacific Queen out of Fisherman’s Landing in San Diego, CA checked in with us today:

Every bluefin tuna that hits the deck gets bled, gill and gutted, and dropped in 32 degree seawater within minutes of being caught. Here’s a sample of one of the 59 bluefin that completed those steps today on our overnight trip.
