Lower Owens 4/25/2021 Flows are now up to about 203cfs. Water is off color

Tippet Size: 4-5X 

Leader: Euro/Czech Leader, 9ft 4-5x

Dry Flies:  Elk Wing Caddis #14-16, Parachute Adams #16-18

Streamers: Haven't Tried.

Haven't been down here since they bumped the flows up to 200cfs. I'll have some time early this week to go check things out.
