Tomahawk Late Update
7-12-2020
Brice Barney
Captain Brice called in at 8;45 PM last night with an audio update from the Tomahawk out of Fisherman's Landing in San Diego. We have had a good start to our trip. We have 31 Bluefin Tuna (up to 60 pounds ) and 19 Yellowtail (15 to 20 pounds). We are current heading West to try for the bigger Bluefin Tuna in the 150 to 200 pound range.
We have some trips coming up later this week and would love to see you on the Tomahawk.
Please be sure to bring a variety of circle hooks 1 aught to 3 aught (preferably ringed). Plus we recommend flurocarbon leader (30 to 60#) with sinkers (6 to 12 ounces) and rubber bands.
