California Dawn Fishing Report

9-10-2019
James Smith

We ran another shark trip today with catches on a hand full of the “big guys”. We released a pair of 175/200 pound class 7gill sharks. With bay fishing so good. We opted to fish a “wide open”bass bite for limits then we switched to solid Halibut bite which almost produced limits as well.
I have lots of room for Halibut and bass this Thursday, and all of next week.
Final count

5 seven Gill sharks (175,200) pounds released
1 soupfinn shark
24 striped bass (10 limits plus crew)
24 Halibut
