Eric from the Tomahawk called in a trip announcement leaving Seaforth Landing tomorrow night, Thursday, February 28.

This is a 2.5 day trip that we will be fishing the Rock Fish opener on March 1st.  We will be fishing the Tanner and Cortez bank and San Clemente Island for Rock Fish, Yellowtail and White Sea Bass. The trip is a limited load for $575, it includes all of your meals. We have a few spots left.

1.5 Day Charter Recap

Captain Jeff Spafford from Tomahawk Sportfishing out of Seaforth Landing checked in with a wrap up report for their 1.5 day charter with Socal sportfiishing Club.   We managed to land 4 Yellowtail but sea lions and a rocky bottom got the best of us.  We did get 125 Reds, 65 assorted rockfish, 40 Bonita, and 10 Whitefish.  Pretty good weather, but the wind came up on us a little bit. 1.5 Day Wrap-up

Captain Jeff Spafford checked in this morning with a wrap-up from the Tomahawk out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay, CA. We just finished our 1.5 day open party trip. We ended up with 26 Bluefin Tuna (nice grade). We also had 26 Yellowfin Tuna (up to 40 pounds) and 2 bonus Skipjack Tuna. We had great weather.
