Our scheduled salmon trolling trip started off very slow this morning. By 10 am we never had a bite so the decision was made to salvage the fishing day by going taking our anglers rockfishing. We bagged limits of rockfish and a few lingcod then headed back to the salmon grounds. Upon arrival we had 5 salmon hooked but only managed to land 2 but they were big ones up to 25 pounds!  We’ll be out again tomorrow giving the salmon another try. Wish us luck.
