Great Day in Bodega!

My son was relentless about going fishing over the past Labor Day weekend so I finally started to look for a boat around 4 pm on Friday. It quickly became apparent the options were limited over the holiday weekend so we decided to give Capt Rick Powers and the New Sea Angler out of Bodega Bay a call. He confirmed he had space on Saturday and Monday so we gave him our credit card and jumped in the truck by 6 PM. The next morning we arrived at the boat and went through the normal formalities. We were excited when we cleared the point and we were fishing in no time. This wonderful coastal fishery did not disappoint. We limited on a nice grade rock fish and solid ling cod both days! In fact on Monday we had Ling Cod limits for all 31 anglers! Rick does a great job and provided rock cod limits for all anglers both days. Get out and try the New Sea Angler.
To book a spot on the New Sea Angler please call Rick Powers at (707) 875-3344.
