"We got on a school of good sized Bluefin this morning," wrote Red Rooster III skipper Andy Cates September 8, "and drifted until we left for home. We hooked about 15 fish and landed 5. The challenge was exhausting and we didn't really have the gear for the big fish. We ended up with 5 bluefin. One fish about 75 pounds the other fish all over 100 pounds up to about 140. What a finisher, we were looking for Jack Pots, but that was a little extreme."
