We returned from a open party 8 day trip couple of days ago with quite a variety. Yellowfin, Yellowtail, Dolphinfish, Bluefin, and a couple Wahoo were all caught on the trip but it wasn’t easy. Still incredible fishing down below but weather played a big factor in the moves we made. The anglers made the best of it and kept a fun atmosphere on the boat. The last part of the trip in the Bluefin grounds was nice weather to say the least and our travel up wasn’t horrible. We got to finish off with some beautiful jackpots and plenty of mid grade fish to go along with it. The largest Bluefin weighed in at 177 and the largest Wahoo weighed just shy of 70lbs. Overall good grade in general for the trip on all species. The boat is back out again on our last 8 day of the season traveling down for some more hot action.
