Hi Gang,

We spent our day working up the coast of Baja yesterday. We caught some yellowtail, released some calico bass, and enjoyed the scenery as we traveled north. One fish of note yesterday was a barracuda landed by Guy Gilchrist that was the largest anyone had ever seen. We did not weigh it, put in down in the fish hold because one of our customers likes smoked barracuda, and found out later that the IGFA worrld record pacific barracuda is 9.8 pounds. We strongly feel that Guy's barracuda is bigger. We will find out on a certified scale tomorrow. We are currently catching giant reds this morning before we call it a trip. We have a 0530 ETA for tomorrow. Thanks for checking in. Life is good, Captain Bil Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4088 to get in on the action.
