A picture perfect opportunity this morning that the guys made good on landing a couple of jumbos over 200 and a couple others in the mid to high ones. In addition action on the 60-120's kept everyone successful as they angled hard in pursuit of their goal. Come afternoon the atmosphere dramatically changed. In grease calm seas the whole ocean came up for a tour revealing an abundance of bluefin, in every size class from 15-200 plus pounds,  that can only be described as stunning. Every boat plying the waters in an area covering perhaps 25 or 30 square miles looked at spot after spot of bluefin. The marvel continues. And though incredibly abundant the devils preferred touring over dining. They wouldn't touch our offerings. Plenty of activity, and epic fish watching made a time of it. But the catching came nigh to a standstill. The good news is that our quantity goals were satisfied. The guys were more than pleased to enjoy the flat calm in high spirits. Libations flowing we closed out the trip sated and satisfied. Capt Sims heads forth on another three day tomorrow dedicated to the new task at hand. Enjoy today's images of Royal Star veterans Rob McAdam and Kevin Leong with their day makers.
